Dr. Paul Harch is a hyperbaric medicine, diving, and emergency medicine physician who is a Diplomat of the American Board of Hyperbaric Medicine and the Board of Certification in Emergency Medicine of the American Board of Physician Specialties.
Dr. Harch's clinical experience through 2007 spans 23 years in hospital-based emergency medicine and 21 years of hyperbaric medicine.He graduated from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 1980 and was awarded Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa status on graduation from college. He has trained in general surgery, radiology, diving, and hyperbaric medicine.
In recognition of his accomplishments in clinical practice, teaching, and research he was awarded fellowship status in the American College of Hyperbaric Medicine in 1997. He also received the Edgar End Award from the American College of Hyperbaric Medicine in 1994 and the Richard A. Neubauer Award for Excellence in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy in Pediatric Neurology in 2003.
Dr. Harch is the national coordinator and co-principal investigator of HOTFAST (The Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for Acute Stroke Trial). In 2001 he completed a study on SPECT brain imaging in toxic brain injury. In the past three years he has made presentations on the application of HBOT to autism and chronic neurological conditions to the U.S. House of Representatives' Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health, Human Services, and Education and to Representative Dan Burton's Subcommittee on Wellness and Human Rights of the Government Reform and Oversight Committee.
Dr. Harch is the first President of the International Hyperbaric Medical Association (established in 2001) and President of the International Hyperbaric Medical Association Foundation. He has lectured and presented his work at numerous scientific meetings throughout the U.S. and overseas. In April, 2004 Dr. Harch was nominated and became a semi-finalist for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Director's Pioneer Award.

Star is a self proclaimed 'Sovereign' who has put the entire body of worldwide political entities on 'Notice' of her self determined public status and defaulted them with 'Orders and Demand to Cease and Desist' all presumed government authority and de-facto jurisdiction.

Star has several lawsuits in the California Superior court against GMAC Bank for fraudulently stealing her family legacy home in Bakersfield California which also names many judges, US Trustees, sheriff, clerks, and attorneys as defendants who aided the bank in their crimes.
She recently filed a Federal 'Complaint and Petition of Rite' (based on ancient common law and her prior Claims and Defaults), on the alleged Kern county Sheriff, Donny Youngblood, and his cohorts who illegally accompanied 3 alleged bail agents and broke into her home without a warrant or probable cause on March 30, 2010, and who also sent 9 gunmen to unlawfully and illegally force her out of her home in December 2010, and more alleged bail agents who stalked and harassed her and her family and friends afterward.
Star was also kidnapped by alleged sheriff's deputies in Marin county California in August of 2008, where she was assaulted, and falsely imprisoned, and after her son paid 15 thousand dollars cash for her ransom, the judge subsequently ordered her to be kidnapped again immediately upon her release and was locked in a psychiatric ward. Star filed a lawsuit on the alleged Judge for impersonating but has not had the means to pursue it further due to lack of resources and hardship since the incident.
Her ultimate goal is to inform people of their true sovereignty and independence and to deny all systems of government worldwide. She seeks to live off grid and collaborate with sovereign like minded individuals and bring awareness of regenerative alternatives, free energy, and self awareness.

Matthew Hickson is a New Yorker by birth and a Southerner by residency. He has lived in North Carolinian for 7 years and is a student activist at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2008, Matt went to work for the Barack Obama campaign in Charlotte, North Carolina and began to feel the dissonance between the electoral politics of Right and Left, and the rest of people's lives which were so often ignored in our national discussion. Matt's political work aims to move beyond this electoral dynamic and place the lives of poor and oppressed peoples at the center of our conversations about 'the political'.
At the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Matt has engaged in fights around public worker's rights, the slashing of education budgets, and subsequent tuition increases. He has also recently been part of actions at the shareholders meetings of Reynolds Tobacco and Bank of America. Currently, Matt is organizing for The Coalition to March on Wall St South, a group building people's power and voice at the Charlotte Democratic National Convention in September.
